Return & Refund Policy

At Love Language Hair Care, every product is carefully crafted, packaged, and inspected before it leaves our hands. Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, we maintain the following return policy to protect the integrity and safety of our products.

Returns

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product is defective upon arrival

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these requirements.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for review and approval
  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions
  • Gift cards
  • Bundle purchases where individual items have been opened
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers

Allergies & Product Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.

Love Language Hair Care is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse reactions resulting from ingredients listed on product packaging or product pages.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Shipping Issues

Love Language Hair Care is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Love Language Hair Care directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in future purchase restrictions.

Results may vary from person to person. Because hair type, texture, routine, and lifestyle factors differ, Love Language Hair Care cannot guarantee specific hair growth, retention, or styling results and refunds will not be issued based on product performance expectations.
