Shipping policy

At Love Language Hair Care, we know you're excited to receive your order, and we're excited to send it.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If delays occur, we will communicate them promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at [your email address].

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Any additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Love Language Hair Care is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us so we can assist when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping package

We will review the claim and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
